About In Tune

Fredrik Holm is a Swedish-born musician, educator, and sound practitioner who has made England his home for over 20 years. With more than 30 years of experience as a professional musician, he has built a career that combines performance, education, composition, and a deep belief in the power of sound to transform lives.

He has taught at both the Girls' and Boys' Grammar Schools, performed as a soloist on many occasions, and now directs the Westmorland Youth Orchestra and its jazz band. His music is performed by ensembles around the world, and he continues to compose, perform, and inspire musicians of all ages.

Fredrik is known for helping people find their own unique voice through an approach that is creative, enjoyable, and deeply meaningful. Whether working with young musicians, leading workshops, or supporting people through sound, his aim is always to make music accessible, inspiring, and life-enhancing. This year he has expanded In Tune by offering a wider range of Sound School workshops, welcoming anyone with an interest in exploring music, creativity, and the remarkable potential of sound.
