Sound Therapy

• Sound Therapy Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8pm at The Storey in Lancaster, UK.
• You will need to let me know which Tuesdays you are planning to attend. This is important because I need to book a room that is the right size for the number of people attending, and there will be some Tuesdays when sessions do not take place, and I need to be able to inform you.
• These are group sessions. Unlike the consultations and Sound Awareness courses I offer, there will be no interaction. I will play sounds and offer gentle guidance based on what I feel is needed for the group and for individuals at the time. If you need more specific support, I suggest booking a one-to-one consultation.
• A consultation costs £40 for 40 minutes.
• The session starts at 7pm. I will be at the blue door at the back of The Storey, by the Tara Centre opposite the castle entrance, LA1 1TH, from 6:45pm until 7pm to let you in and let you know where the session will take place. If you get lost or experience any issues, please contact me on 07780 623855. At 7pm the door will be closed, and I will turn off my mobile phone.
• I want you to feel comfortable in your own space and to enjoy the sounds in whatever way you need. Please find a place in the circle. You may sit on a chair or on the floor. Chairs, blankets, and cushions are provided. I would prefer that you do not lie down, as I would like you to stay awake.
• There is a minimum donation of 50p. I originally aimed to set the price at around £10 per session, but I want everyone to be able to attend. Please pay what you can and what feels right to you. There is a money bowl available, and I also accept card payments and cheques.
• There will only be a few minutes available for conversation after the session if something comes up during the experience. If you need further support, please let me know and we can arrange a one-to-one session.
